# graph plan step rm

> Remove a step

Removes a step. The edit is refused while a later step still references it.

## Arguments

**NAME|PATH** `string` *required*

The plan's identifier or YAML file path

**ID** `string` *required*

The step's id

## Options

**--json** `boolean`

Print a JSON envelope instead of text

## Global options

**-v, --verbose** `integer`

Increase log verbosity (-v info, -vv debug, -vvv trace)
