# graph agent show

> Print an agent's effective definition, the file to copy when customizing it

## Arguments

**NAME** `string` *required*

The agent's name

## Options

**--json** `boolean`

Print a JSON envelope instead of text

## Global options

**-v, --verbose** `integer`

Increase log verbosity (-v info, -vv debug, -vvv trace)

```bash Usage theme={null}
graph agent show [OPTIONS] <NAME>
```

```bash Example 1 theme={null}
graph agent show chat
```

```bash Example 2 theme={null}
graph agent show chat > .graph/agents/chat.yaml
```
