# MCP server tools

> The plan authoring and catalog tools `graph mcp serve` gives an MCP client.

`graph mcp serve` adds these tools alongside one tool per plan ([Serve plans over MCP](/integrating/mcp/guides/serve-over-mcp)). Each mirrors a `graph plan` or `graph tool` CLI command.
